Art & Culture

The city is actually home to a number of museums, galleries and theatres, so there is plenty to do if you’re interested in art and culture. We recommend the Rail Heritage Museum, RAAF Wagga Heritage Centre, Wagga Wagga Art Gallery, Steam and Vintage Museum, Museum of the Riverina (which has two different sites), the Paddock Gallery, National Art Glass Collection, Temora Aviation Museum, Gallery43, and the Strayleaves Art Studio.

Sports & Adventure

With so many big name sports personalities coming out of the city, why not try your hand at one or two? Some of the more popular sporting and adventure activities include: the Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre, Wagga Bowl and Diner (bowling alley), Riverina Ski Sports, various paintball fields, Borambola Sport and Recreation Centre, laser tag games, Belisi Equine Park, Warbirds Aerial Adventures, Jump’n’Putt mini golf, and Ozi Big Dig (operate a CAT digger).
