All tariffs are for the current financial year and replace all previous Directories issued. Holiday surcharges are daily rates unless otherwise stated. Unit rate may apply in some instances and means the total tariff chargeable for the particular type of unit, e.g. family room, double room, twin share, deluxe room etc.
A deposit will ensure your reservation on the day of your arrival. This guarantees your reservation for the full stay of your booking and will be paid direct to the motel you have booked with.
Refund of deposits, other than deposits made via our Referral System, shall be made at the discretion of the motel.

Participating ARRA member properties have committed to implement at least 17 initiatives in the areas of waste minimisation, water saving, power & energy and general initiatives.
In order to remain an ARRA Group accredited property, establishments need to meet stringent guidelines, which include periodic inspections from our Quality Assurance Officers.
Visitations by our Quality Assurance Officers provide us with an opportunity to verify the standard of our member properties. This includes checking the specific comfort requirements which the Paragon, Orbit and Budget brands provide to guests to ensure they have an enjoyable stay.
We recognise guests expect clean accommodation and that cleanliness is the most important factor when
you stay away from home. This too is an integral part of our visitation checking process, to ensure a high
level of cleanliness is maintained across all of our accommodation brands.

Motels not involved with the AAA Tourism STAR Rating have assessed and rated their own motel. The circles symbolise the level of facilities, cleanliness, maintenance quality & condition a guest can expect when staying at a particular property.
Half circle ratings indicate modest improvements in the quality and condition of a property’s facilities, amenities and services.
